Job summary

Norco is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for its Coffs Harbour store. You will work closely with the Store Manager to lead a hands-on team, enhance customer service, and drive store performance in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will develop team capability, maintain stock and merchandising standards, and build strong relationships with customers and the local community while championing safety and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a retail, agricultural or customer-facing environment.
• Ability to motivate, coach and develop team members.
• Strong operational and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-focused approach and sound commercial awareness.
• Experience with inventory management, stock control and cash handling.
• Commitment to workplace safety.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Current and valid driver’s licence; forklift licence beneficial or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities
