Norco AgriSolutions is seeking an energetic Assistant Store Manager for our Coffs Harbour store. You will support the Store Manager to drive performance, coach a team, and deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

Lead by example, manage daily operations, and maintain stock, merchandising and safety standards while building strong community ties and ensuring exceptional service for diverse local customers.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail, agricultural or customer-facing environments.
• Ability to motivate, coach and develop team members.
• Strong operational and organisational skills with ability to manage priorities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-focused approach and commercial awareness.
• Experience with inventory management, stock control and cash handling.
• Commitment to workplace safety.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Current and valid driver's licence (essential).
• Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain).
• Relevant qualification in business, retail, agriculture or related field.
• Interest in agriculture, rural products or regional communities is highly regarded.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and hands‑on individual with strong customer service, operational and leadership capabilities to join our Coffs Harbour team as Assistant Store Manager.

This is a key leadership role within the store. Working closely with the Store Manager, you will help drive store performance, develop team capability and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will lead by example, support day‑to‑day operations and provide strong leadership to ensure the store continues to operate successfully in a fast‑paced retail environment.
