Qualifications

• Five years in a senior retail role or equivalent leadership position.
• Strong team leadership and coaching experience.
• Proven ability to drive sales while maintaining service standards.
• Experience with stock control, promotions, and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily store operations, stock control, ordering, promotions and visual merchandising.
• Lead and motivate sales team to hit store targets and provide exceptional service.
• Support induction, training and development of staff per HR policies.
• Deliver outstanding customer service at all times.
• Proficient with POS, rostering, and inventory management software.
