Forever New Clothing in Broadbeach, Queensland, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead our Pacific Fair store and inspire a high‑energy team while driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will develop leadership skills through our career pathways, manage rosters, engage with diverse customers, and hands‑on with our garments to showcase fashion with flair.

Qualifications

• Retail store management experience.
• Proven ability to achieve sales, wages, and targets.
• Passion for coaching and leading teams.
• Exposure to performance management.
• Strong communicator with a focus on customer service.
• Execute effective roster management.
• Visual merchandising ability.
• Open to late night trading, public holidays and weekends when required.
