Forever New Clothing Pty is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for the West Lakes store in South Australia. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will inspire and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales and achieving wage and KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team and driving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales, wage, and KPI targets.
• Conduct 1:1 coaching and performance conversations with team members.
• Oversee roster planning and scheduling for peak periods and events.
• Maintain in-store visual merchandising and product presentation to Forever New standards.
• Engage with customers to enhance the shopping experience and foster loyalty.
