Forever New Clothing Pty on the Gold Coast invites an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our vibrant fashion family. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will lead a team, drive sales and deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will oversee rostering, coaching, visual merchandising and performance management, embracing late shifts and weekends when required, while embodying our fashion-forward brand and commitment to service.

Qualifications

• You have retail store management experience.
• A proven ability to achieve sales, wages, and targets.
• A passion for coaching and leading teams.
• Exposure to performance management.
• Strong and engaging communicator with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to execute effective roster management.
• Previous visual merchandising ability.
• Flexible to late night trading, public holidays and weekends when required.
• Understand fashion and trends.
