Job summary

Anaconda is seeking a Team Leader in Australia to guide a team through daily retail operations and deliver top-notch customer experiences. You will lead by example, coach team members, and drive service, sales, and merchandising across departments.

The role requires managing up to 20 team members, ensuring stock levels, and maintaining exceptional customer service. Full-time availability across late nights and weekends is expected, with Australian work rights.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role within a large-format retail environment.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of up to 20 team members.
• Ability to understand sales trends, top sellers, key performers.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing high stock volume.
• Passion for the outdoors (highly desirable!).
• First Aid certified (or willing to be trained at our expense).
• Must have Full-Time availability across late nights and weekends.
• Full working rights within Australia.
