Anaconda, part of Spotlight Retail Group, is seeking a Team Leader to guide a frontline team and ensure every customer leaves with the best possible experience. You will lead, coach, and drive service, sales, and merchandising to achieve store goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role within a large-format retail environment.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of up to 20 team members.
• Ability to understand sales trends, top sellers, key performers.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing high stock volume.
• Passion for the outdoors (highly desirable!).
• First Aid certified (or willing to be trained at our expense).
• Must have Full-Time availability across late nights and weekends.
• Full working rights within Australia.
