Job summary

Anaconda, part of the Spotlight Retail Group, is seeking a Team Leader to spearhead a brand-new store launch. You will lead and coach up to 20 team members, drive service, sales, and merchandising, and own department product management to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role within a large-format retail environment.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of up to 20 team members.
• Ability to understand sales trends, top sellers, key performers.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing high stock volume.
• Passion for the outdoors (highly desirable!).
• First Aid certified (or willing to be trained at our expense).
• Must have Full-Time availability across late nights and weekends.
• Full working rights within Australia.

Responsibilities

As a Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in leading our team and ensuring every customer leaves with the best possible experience.

• Support and lead the team in all aspects of the business
• Lead by example, coaching and developing your team to succeed
• Lead from the front, drive service, sales, merchandising & more!
