Job summary

Levi Strauss Moorabbin Outlet is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager or Supervisor to lead the store, inspire the team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while supporting the Store Manager.

You will drive sales, manage rosters, coach staff, and help shape a positive, high-performing in-store culture with hands-on leadership.

• Previous Assistant Manager or Supervisor experience.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• A results-driven professional with a love for driving sales and building an energetic, high-performing team.
• A leader who’s passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, creating a standout in-store experience and supporting the Store Manager.
• Someone confident in leading, coaching, and developing individuals to reach their full potential and exceed performance goals.
• Experience in driving operational excellence, managing rosters and preparing back-of-house administration (desired).
• Proactive problem solver with the aim to reach positive outcomes.
• A fashion-forward thinker with a creative edge.
