Job summary

Levi Strauss seeks an Assistant Manager for the Levi's Gold Coast Harbourtown store to lead the team, elevate the in-store experience, and support the Store Manager. You will mentor staff, manage rosters, drive sales, and ensure excellent service while maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• Previous Assistant Manager or Supervisor experience.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Proven track record in delivering excellent customer service.
• Experience in roster management and basic back-of-house admin (desirable).

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous Assistant Manager or Supervisor experience.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• A results-driven professional with a love for driving sales and building an energetic, high-performing team.
• A leader who’s passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, creating a standout in-store experience and supporting the Store Manager.
• Someone confident in leading, coaching, and developing individuals to reach their full potential and exceed performance goals.
• Experience in driving operational excellence, managing rosters and preparing back-of-house administration (desired).
