Levi's Chadstone in Melbourne is seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager to lead our team, elevate the in-store experience, and drive business growth.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will support day-to-day operations, coach staff, manage rosters, and deliver world-class customer service across all store areas.

Qualifikationen

• Previous Assistant Manager or Supervisor experience.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• A results-driven professional with a love for driving sales and building an energetic, high-performing team.
• A leader who’s passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, creating a standout in-store experience and supporting the Store Manager.
• Someone confident in leading, coaching, and developing individuals to reach their full potential and exceed performance goals.
• Experience in driving operational excellence, managing rosters and preparing back-of-house administration (desirable).
