Job summary

Universal Store is seeking a driven retail leader for a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager role, working closely with the Store Manager and mirroring many Store Manager responsibilities to grow your leadership career.

The successful candidate will work a Sunday–Thursday roster, lead operations, coach the team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while upholding brand standards and driving sales performance.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in retail (Shift Supervisor / Assistant Store Manager).
• Strong sales focus with ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Warm, confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.
• Strong operational understanding — VM, stock, store standards.
• Flexible, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
