Job summary

T2 Tea is seeking a seasonal casual team member to join its immersive tea experience. You will provide world-class customer service, learn about products, and help with stock and visual merchandising in a busy retail environment.

This fixed-term casual role runs from 11 November 2026 to 19 January 2027, with a monthly sales incentive program, staff discounts, and supportive team culture.

About the role

• Provide world-class customer service experience to every customer.
• Continually expand your knowledge of products and become a tea and brewing expert.
• Manage high volumes of stock and undertake visual merchandising to provided standards.
• Take care of your own health and safety, and the safety of others by following T2 safety policies and procedures.

• Self-motivated and ready to learn.
• Previous customer service or retail experience advantageous.
