Job summary

Michael Hill Macarthur Square is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team. You will lead a passionate team, drive exceptional customer experiences, and deliver results against KPIs.

In this role, you will manage store operations, coach staff, and contribute to a positive, high-performance retail culture. Availability to work 38 hours per week across Monday to Thursday and Sunday is required.
