Michael Hill Geelong is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a passionate team and inspire exceptional customer experiences. The role focuses on coaching, performance, and daily store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will drive sales targets and KPIs, participate in a 38-hour weekly roster, and contribute to a supportive, high-performing store culture that celebrates milestones and delivers memorable moments to customers.
