Job summary

Michael Hill Geelong is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a passionate team and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will coach, motivate, and drive sales while supporting day-to-day store operations to achieve KPIs.

This role offers a 38-hour week across rostered days, structured 6-week Stepping Stones training, and opportunities to progress to Store Manager within our network.
