Job summary

Michael Hill Indooroopilly is seeking an Assistant Store Manager who loves delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading a high-performing team. The role focuses on achieving strong sales results and KPIs within a dynamic retail environment.

You will participate in Leadership Development and a structured 6-week stepping stones program with ongoing mentorship, building your leadership capabilities across a network of over 300 stores.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience with ability to lead, coach and inspire a team to achieve results.
• Customer-focused attitude and passion for celebrating milestones.
• Energetic, collaborative, and driven to succeed in sales and KPI’s.
• Confident in managing store operations and team performance.
• Available to work 38 hours per week – Monday to Thursday and Sunday.

• Oversee day-to-day store operations and team performance.
