You’ll coach and motivate staff, manage store operations, and deliver KPI results with a positive, energetic leadership style.

This role includes a 38-hour week, two consecutive days off, a structured 6‑week training program, and staff discounts plus performance‑based incentives as you progress toward Store Manager.
