Beacon Lighting is seeking an Assistant Store Manager at our Jandakot store in WA. This full-time role partners with the Store Manager to lead a team, grow sales and deliver outstanding customer experiences, with the added benefit of every second weekend off.

You’ll be supported through our Bright Start induction and ongoing training to develop as an Accredited Lighting Consultant. From day one, you’ll help create a thriving store culture, drive safety and wellbeing, and foster strong

Responsibilities

• Inspire and develop your team through coaching, mentoring and hands-on leadership
• Drive commercial success by growing sales across retail, trade and design
• Deliver service that stands out, creating memorable experiences for every customer
• Build strong trade relationships and expand engagement with our Retail & Trade Loyalty Program
• Share your expertise to help customers make confident lighting and design decisions
