Beacon Lighting seeks an experienced Assistant Store Manager for our Prospect store in NSW. This full-time role partners with the Store Manager to inspire the team, grow sales and create outstanding customer experiences, with every second weekend off.

Formación

• Experience thriving in a retail, sales or customer-focused environment.
• Excellent communication and people leadership abilities.
• Positive, curious mindset with a desire to learn.
• Calm under pressure and able to balance priorities.
• Hands-on leader with ownership and problem-solving mindset.
• Current driver’s licence and willingness to be hands-on.

Responsabilidades

• Inspire and develop your team through coaching, mentoring and hands-on leadership.
• Grow sales across retail, trade and design.
• Deliver service that stands out, creating memorable experiences for every customer.
• Build strong trade relationships and expand engagement with our Retail & Trade Loyalty Program.
• Share expertise to help customers make confident lighting and design decisions.
• Create a store that shines, maintaining visual merchandising and presentation standards.
• Lead a culture of safety and wellbeing for customers and team members.
• Partner with the Store Manager to achieve operational excellence and store goals.
