Beacon Lighting Brookvale is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in leading the team, growing sales, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. This full-time role offers the perk of every second weekend off, a strong induction program, ongoing training, and potential progression to Accredited Lighting Consultant.

You’ll help shape a vibrant store culture, drive results, and maintain high standards of service and presentation across all areas of the store.

Formación

• Experience thriving in a retail, sales or customer-focused environment.
• Confident communication and ability to bring out the best in people.
• Positivity, curiosity and a genuine desire to learn.
• Calm under pressure, balancing priorities and attention to detail.
• Ownership, problem solving and proactive improvement.
• Holder of a current driver’s licence and hands-on approach when needed.
