Beacon Lighting Launceston is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager, driving sales across retail, trade and design while inspiring a high-performing team. In this full-time role you’ll deliver outstanding customer experiences, lead visual merchandising, and foster a safe, positive store culture with every second weekend off.

You’ll be part of a reputable national lighting retailer, supporting strong results and employee development.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to coach and mentor staff
