The Dunn Group is inviting applications for an Assistant Store Manager to join our leadership team across Upper Blue Mountains NSW. This development pathway offers exposure to multiple stores and a clear route into Store Management through hands-on leadership and store-operations experience.

You’ll coach teams, drive exceptional customer experiences, manage rostering, stock, and reporting, and help lift sales, profitability and store presentation across busy sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ management experience within retail, hospitality or similar fast-paced environments.
• Customer-first mindset and commitment to exceptional service.
• Strong leadership ability to motivate and influence others.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using rostering, reporting, inventory and training platforms.

Responsibilities

• As a key member of the leadership team, support Store Managers and lead teams during peak trading periods.
• Cover management leave and help drive a positive, people-first culture.
• Assist with rostering, inventory management, administration and reporting across multiple sites.
• Contribute ideas to improve business performance and store presentation standards.
• Support stores during weekends and public holidays as part of a rotating roster.
