Petstock Group in Angle Vale is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (2IC) to support the Store Manager in leading a passionate team and delivering world‑class customer service. You will mentor staff, drive sales, and maintain a safe, vibrant store culture at our new Petstock location in Angle Vale.

Responsibilities

• Support your Store Manager in coaching the team to develop knowledge and skills.
• Lead from the front by consistently delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Assist in stock management and stock integrity processes.
• Support VM of stock displays and maintain VM standards.
• Keep knowledge up to date on pet care, products, and services.
• Recruit, onboard and induct high‑calibre new team members.
• Foster a fun, supportive in‑store culture and team relationships.
• Proactively support local marketing opportunities and sponsorships.
