Petstock Group is seeking a Store Manager for our NEW Petstock Angle Vale store in South Australia. You will lead a passionate team, delivering world-class customer service and driving store performance with a safety-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar store leadership role or readiness to step up in retail management.
• Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Ability to prioritise and manage conflicting priorities to complete tasks on time.
• Ability to drive safe Work, Health & Safety practices.
• Established business acumen for store operations.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing work conditions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and staff.
