Job summary

Petstock Group in Angle Vale is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (2IC) to support the Store Manager in leading a passionate team and delivering world‑class customer service. You will mentor staff, drive sales, and maintain a safe, vibrant store culture at our new Petstock location in Angle Vale.

Take on the role of Assistant Store Manager (2IC) at our NEW STORE at Petstock Angle Vale and support the Store Manager in leading a passionate team to deliver the world‑class customer service we’re known for, playing a key role in the success of the Petstock Group. • Support your Store Manager to manage stock effectively, ensuring accuracy and that the team follows stock integrity processes
• Assist in managing visual merchandising (VM) of stock displays, ensuring VM standards are consistently maintained
• Demonstrate initiative by actively keeping your knowledge up to date on pet care, products, and services
• Recruit, onboard, and induct high‑calibre new team members
• Create a fun, supportive in‑store culture where your team loves coming to work every day
• Proactively support local marketing opportunities and sponsorships
