Job summary

L’Oréal is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for our Luxe Outlet in Richmond on Bridge Road, Melbourne. You will co-lead daily boutique operations and customer experience, reporting to the Store Manager, on a Tuesday to Saturday roster with no late nights.

You will partner with the Store Manager on inventory, visual merchandising, and KPI tracking to drive daily sales targets while maintaining an elevated luxury service.

A Day in the Life

As our Assistant Store Manager at our Luxe Outlet in Richmond on Bridge Road, you will co-lead daily boutique operations and customer experience, reporting directly to the Store Manager. You will work a Tuesday to Saturday roster with no late nights, setting the pace for an elevated retail environment.

• Partner with the Store Manager to oversee daily boutique operations, inventory replenishment, and visual merchandising standards.
• Support, coach, and motivate the retail team on the sales floor to deliver tailored consumer consultations across our luxury brand portfolio.
• Track store KPIs, monitor inventory flow, and take proactive action to achieve daily sales targets.
