Job summary

L’Oréal is seeking a Counter Manager to lead a new multi-brand beauty counter at Myer Morley in Western Australia. You will lead the team, deliver standout experiences across Loreal Luxe brands including YSL, Lancôme, Armani Beauty and more, and oversee daily counter operations as a full-time role.

You’ll drive sales targets through exceptional service, coach the team in storytelling and product artistry, manage stock and merchandising, and collaborate with store teams for activations and events.

Qualifications

• You’re a collaborative leader who can turn great service into lasting client relationships.
• Retail sales and standards experience, ideally in department store environments.
• Strong focus on building relationships and delivering personalised service.
• Organisation and attention to detail across stock management, merchandising and counter operations.
• Flexible to a full-time retail schedule, including weekends, late nights and campaign periods.

A Day in the Life

Lead a new multi-brand beauty counter at Myer Morley in Western Australia, opening in November. As Counter Manager, you’ll lead the team and deliver standout experiences acrossacross our Loreal Luxe brands including YSL,Lancôme, Armani Beauty and many more. This is a full-time role.

Drive sales targets and retail KPIs through exceptional service and personalised consultations.

Coach and inspire the team in brand storytelling, clienteling and product artistry to build lasting client relationships.

Oversee stock replenishment, inventory control and visual merchandising to keep the counter looking its best.

Partner with Myer Morley teams to bring counter activations, client events and promotional moments to life.
