L'Oréal Luxe Outlet in Richmond, Melbourne is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to co‑lead daily boutique operations and elevate the customer experience, reporting to the Store Manager.

You will manage inventory, visual merchandising, and scheduling on a Tuesday to Saturday roster with no late nights, while coaching a high‑performing team to deliver tailored luxury consultations across our brand portfolio. A Day in the Life

As our Assistant Store Manager at our Luxe Outlet in Richmond on Bridge Road, you will co‑lead daily boutique operations and customer experience, reporting directly to the Store Manager. You will work a Tuesday to Saturday roster with no late nights, setting the pace for an elevated retail environment.

• Partner with the Store Manager to oversee daily boutique operations, inventory replenishment, and visual merchandising standards.
