Sheet Society is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Armadale store. This full‑time role follows a Sunday to Thursday roster and partners with the Store Manager to deliver a world‑class in‑store experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in retail with leadership, autonomy and accountability.
• Passionate about sleep, interiors and styling with a customer‑centric approach.
• Strong communication, teamwork and problem solving in a fast paced store environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and support Store Manager to recruit, onboard, train and develop a high‑performing team.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through product knowledge and styling advice; drive sales and KPIs.
