Job summary

Sleepy’s is seeking an experienced Store Manager for our Aspley store in Australia. This full-time role reports to the Store Owner and involves leading the sales team, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving profitability.

You will oversee KPI targets, stock and administrative duties, and actively engage with customers. A hands-on leader who can motivate a team and work across weekends is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Team leadership experience.
• Consultative sales experience in retail or related industries.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Familiarity with KPIs and store performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manage general admin, stock and store operations.
• Roster with 7-day availability and weekends (3 out of 4 weekends).

Job description

Sleepy's are looking for a suitably experienced and highly professional STORE MANAGER to lead our Aspley store on a FULL TIME basis.

About the role

Reporting to the Store Owner, this role will see you working across sales, networking, and leadingthe sales team to maintain a profitable store. This will involve a 'hands on' approach to customer service from a passionate salesperson who loves to sell sleep!

Your key responsibilities

Working to set KPI's to meet and exceed targets

Building rapport and effective relationships with customers

Self-motivated and able to work autonomously

General admin, stock and operational duties

Available to work aroster with full 7 day availability. Expect to work 3 out of 4 weekends.

Skills and Experience

A demonstrated record of success in consultative sales- retail and other industries are welcome!

Team leadership experience

A sound knowledge of KPIs as they relate to the art of sales and store management

A genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service, and a great experience for our customers
