Qualifications

• Past supervisory/management experience in customer service or retail apparel.
• Experience achieving KPIs such as sales, wage budgets, UPT, conversion rate, average $, shrinkage, and mystery shops.
• Strong communication and people management skills with ability to recruit, mentor and motivate a team.
• High attention to detail with stock management and visual merchandising experience.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Energetic, authentic with a positive attitude and impeccable grooming.

About You

• Previous supervisory and/or management experience in the customer service or retail apparel industry
• Experience in achieving KPI’s including sales and wage budgets, UPT, conversion rate, average $, shrinkage and mystery shops
