Bonds Midland Gate store is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join our team. This full-time role (38 hours per week) supports delivering inclusive customer experiences, coaching staff, and maintaining engaging VM-led displays to drive store success.

You will work closely with the Store Manager and wider team on daily operations, stock processing, and strategic tasks, with opportunities for growth within our retail leadership pathways.

Mansioni

• Support the delivery of inclusive, positive, and respectful customer experiences
• Assist with training, coaching, and development to help the team achieve store budgets and KPIs
• Support the setup and maintenance of in-store displays in line with visual merchandising (VM) guidelines
• Assist with stock processing and deliveries as part of day-to-day store operations
• Collaborate with the Store Manager and wider team on operational and additional tasks as required
