Bonds Carousel store is seeking a proactive Store Manager to join our team in Australia. This full-time role is 38 hours per week, leading a high-performing, inclusive team and driving customer experiences across the store.

You will manage budgets, KPIs and stock processes, while enabling visual merchandising and daily operations to run smoothly. A focus on capability development and leadership growth is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to build an inclusive, high-performing team, while driving budgets, KPIs and great customer experiences
• Create a strong customer-first environment where every interaction reflects the brand and a consistently high level of service
• Coach and develop your team through regular on-the-spot feedback, support and ongoing capability building
• Execute visual merchandising in-store, balancing brand guidelines, customer needs and store presentation with commercial judgement
• Take ownership of stock processes and daily operations, keeping priorities clear to support smooth day-to-day running
