Job summary

Bonds Casuarina is seeking a motivated PT Assistant Store Manager to join our team. This part-time role covers 32 hours per week, delivering inclusive, positive customer experiences while supporting training and development to achieve store budgets and KPIs.

You will help set up displays in line with VM guidelines, manage stock processing and deliveries, and collaborate with the Store Manager on daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail supervisory or assistant management roles.
• Ability to train, coach and develop team members.
• Comfortable handling stock, deliveries and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Support inclusive, positive and respectful customer experiences.

• Set up and maintain in-store displays per VM guidelines.
