OZ Design Springvale is seeking an Assistant Store Manager / 2IC to lead the Springvale team, support the Store Manager, and deliver outstanding customer experiences on a busy flagship floor.

You will coach staff, drive sales, maintain visual merchandising standards, and oversee day-to-day operations, stepping in as Manager on Duty when required. This role offers leadership growth within a family-owned Australian business and a clear path toward running your own store.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience required.
• Strong track record in sales and customer service.
• Ability to coach, support and motivate others.
• Hands-on leadership style with selling alongside the team.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support a small but high-performing sales team.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Coach team members to improve confidence, product knowledge and sales performance.
• Drive sales and help the store achieve targets and KPIs.
• Maintain high standards of presentation and visual merchandising.
• Support the Store Manager with daily operations and team development.
• Take ownership of the store when acting as Manager on Duty.
