Job summary

MECCA George St Flagship in NSW is seeking an experienced Assistant Sales Manager (2IC) to join our leadership team. You will co-lead a large, high-volume flagship store with 80+ MECCA team members, driving exceptional customer experiences and strong commercial results from the shop floor.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will coach and develop a diverse team, influence at all levels, manage day-to-day operations, and help set the standard for culture, performance and operational excellence

Qualifications

• Demonstrated retail leadership experience in a large-scale store environment.
• Ability to engage, coach and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong commercial mindset with understanding of KPI delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 80+ on a flagship floor, delivering MECCA Magic daily.
• Partner with Sales Manager to drive store performance and KPI achievement.
• Coach and develop leaders and team members, with performance management when required.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of a high-volume flagship store and ensure operational excellence.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across MECCA.
