Oroton seeks an Assistant Store Manager for our Moorabbin Boutique in Melbourne. You will support the Store Manager, lead a small team, and deliver a personalised, elevated customer experience in a premium retail environment.

Experience in fashion or apparel retail is highly advantageous as you help expand Oroton’s apparel category. This is a permanent full-time role with a Sunday to Thursday roster, offering growth within a luxury brand.

The Opportunity

We’re seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our Moorabbin Boutique.

Supporting the Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving performance, leading your team, and delivering a personalised, elevated customer experience. This is a great opportunity for a passionate retail leader looking to grow their career within a premium boutique environment.

This role will also involve supporting Oroton’s expanding apparel category, making experience in fashion or apparel retail highly advantageous.
