Perfect Stranger is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Eastgardens, Sydney, NSW. This full‑time role partners with the Store Manager to run daily store operations and sales performance, while coaching the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

The ideal candidate has prior leadership in retail, a strong sales focus, and a hands‑on, detail‑driven approach in a fast-paced environment. You will contribute to brand standards and culture, with clear development paths to Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail (Shift Supervisor / 2IC)
• Strong sales focus with ability to motivate and lead a team
• Warm, confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
• Strong operational understanding — VM, stock, store standards
• Flexible, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced environment

Perfect Stranger is looking for a driven and inspiring retail leader to step into a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager role. This position works closely with the Store Manager and mirrors many Store Manager responsibilities, making it the perfect step if you’re looking to grow your retail leadership career. The successful candidate will work a Sunday–Thursday roster.
