Job summary

Perfect Stranger in Shellharbour is seeking a driven retail leader to step into a Full-Time Second in Charge role, working closely with the Store Manager and mirroring many Store Manager responsibilities to grow your leadership career.

You will cover a Sunday–Thursday roster, lead store operations, deliver great customer experiences, coach the team to hit sales targets, and maintain VM and stock standards while upholding our brand culture.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail, preferably as shift supervisor or 2IC.
• Strong sales focus with ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Warm, confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.
• Strong operational understanding — VM, stock, store standards.
• Flexible, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to brand presentation.
