Perfect Stranger is seeking a driven retail leader to step into a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager role, working closely with the Store Manager. This position follows a Sunday–Thursday roster, offering a clear path to Store Manager through development and mentorship.

You will lead store operations, coach the team, deliver top customer experiences, and ensure VM and promotions are executed to brand standards. Join a fast-paced team that values ideas and collaborative growth.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in retail (Shift Supervisor / 2IC).
