Perfect Stranger is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high‑performing team, drive store culture, and deliver memorable customer experiences. The role emphasizes coaching, rostering oversight, sales growth, and budget adherence.

Based on a Tuesday–Saturday roster with late trade, you will shape store operations, oversee stockroom/ floor, and maintain visual standards while upholding brand values and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Strong retail background with hands-on experience across stockroom and shop floor.
• Proven leadership experience as a Store Manager, leading medium to large teams.
• Warm, enthusiastic communicator who leads with positivity and purpose.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• High attention to detail with a strong understanding of retail profitability.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales results.
