Perfect Stranger is seeking a driven Assistant Store Manager to collaborate with the Store Manager in Wollongong, NSW. The role runs on a Sunday–Thursday roster and focuses on leading store operations, delivering top customer experiences, and driving sales targets.

The ideal candidate has retail leadership experience (Shift Supervisor / 2IC), strong sales skills, a confident communication style, and solid VM/stock knowledge to maintain brand standards in a fast-paced environment.
