Job summary

Bailey Nelson is seeking an Assistant Store Manager at our Eastgardens store in NSW. You’ll lead daily operations, coach the team, and ensure a superb customer journey from eye tests to frame selection and dispensing.

We value hands-on leadership, customer focus, and the ability to drive performance across shifts. This full-time role supports ongoing growth as we expand across ANZ and promote from within.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or optics at a supervisor or management level.
• Must be available to work full time on a Sunday to Thursday roster.

What you’ll be doing

As an ASM, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day success of the store:

• Support the Store Manager and Optometrist to deliver a seamless customer journey from eye test to frame selection and dispense
• Take ownership of the store 2 days a week, leading the team and driving performance
• Keep the appointment book running smoothly and ensure every customer interaction feels easy and enjoyable
• Coach and support your team to deliver great service, every time
