Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to supervise day-to-day store activities and manage schedules.
• Prior management experience preferred and capable of developing operational action plans.

Responsibilities

• Assists the direct leader with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Establishes and communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Identifies training and development opportunities for direct reports to improve performance.
• Communicates company strategy and models core values to foster teamwork.
• Monitors the competitive environment and informs leadership of necessary adjustments.
• Provides feedback on products and participates in interviewing store personnel.
• Maintains inventory procedures, cash control policies, and store cleanliness.
