ALDI is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and inspire the team to perform at their best. You’ll support the Store Manager across rostering, reporting, and delivering efficient service to customers.

You’ll train and coach colleagues, maintain safety and cleanliness standards, manage stock levels, and collaborate on merchandising and promotions. This role offers a clear path for progression within a growing network.

Responsabilités

• Help develop the next generation of leaders by training and coaching team members.
• Keep the store at top standards of safety and cleanliness.
• Manage stock, monitor inventory, and minimise losses.
• Work with the team on registers, shelf filling and merchandising.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and share ideas.
• Run the store when the Store Manager is absent.
