Nude Lucy is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Burnside store to help shape the brand’s future in a boutique retail setting. You will partner with the Store Manager to deliver an elevated customer experience, drive commercial results, and guide a high-performing team who embody the Nude Lucy spirit.

You’ll own daily operations, rostering, stock, and visual merchandising while coaching colleagues to meet KPIs and uphold brand standards.

• Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive working environment.
• Step up and lead the store in the absence of the Store Manager.

Skills & Experience

• Previous retail leadership experience (as a supervisor, 2IC or similar)
