Nude Lucy is seeking a passionate Assistant Manager for Melbourne Central to partner with the Store Manager in delivering an elevated customer experience, driving commercial results, and guiding a high‑performing team. You will own daily operations, lead merchandising, and ensure standards reflect the Nude Lucy aesthetic.

This is a boutique‑style role within a growing Australian fashion brand. You will mentor staff, manage rostering and stock, and step up in the Store Manager’s absence,

Qualifications

• Previous retail leadership experience (supervisor/2IC or similar).
• Strong eye for minimalism and Nude Lucy aesthetics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional service and store presentation.
• Coach and develop team members to meet KPIs.
• Assist in rostering, stock management, and reporting.
• Maintain visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines.
• Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive working environment.
• Lead the store in the Store Manager's absence.
