Bras N Things Robina is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to lead the store team and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will coach staff, drive KPI performance, manage VM-ready displays, stock flows and daily operations, while partnering with the Store Manager to meet budgets.

About The Role

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Store Manager to join the team at our Bras N Things Robina store.

This is a full-time position at 38 hours per week.

• Support the delivery of inclusive, positive, and respectful customer experiences
• Assist with training, coaching, and development to help the team achieve store budgets and KPIs
• Support the setup and maintenance of in-store displays in line with visual merchandising (VM) guidelines
• Assist with stock processing and deliveries as part of day-to-day store operations
• Collaborate with the Store Manager and wider team on operational and additional tasks as required
